Bakery Werks operates out of commercial kitchen Bakeries, we currently do not have a store front. Orders can be picked up and are sold at Java Delites gourmet coffee & bakery shop located in Huntley, Illinois. We deliver locally and ship all our products throughout the USA with exception to Hawaii and Alaska.

We can ship our gourmet baked goods anywhere in the USA except for Hawaii and Alaska. Our products are shipped by UPS 2 day air every Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday (except for holidays). UPS can ship to several states by 1-2 day ground shipping. Unfortunatley, We are currently not able to offer 1-2 day ground shipping through our shopping cart shipping options. We suggest looking at the UPS map page that we have provided to see if 1-2 day ground shipping would be an option for shipping your package. We Will Not ship ground past the 2 days because of our products being perishable. Please call us to place an order if ground shipping is an option for your package. Should you order through our website shopping cart it will automatically charge you for 2 day air shipping. We Will Not be able to refund or change the shipping option for you if you proceed through the shopping cart ordering. We are always looking for a way for our customers to save money for shipping and this is one way of doing so. Again, We have provided the UPS ground map shipped from our location in Illinois to the areas that UPS can ship 1-2 ground. All products are shipped frozen and on dry ice, to make sure that when you receive your package, it will arrive with the same great quality. "Bakery Werks" does not process any placed orders on Sundays or holidays.
Holiday Orders: We always suggest when placing an order around the holidays, it is wise to order as early as possible. Bakery Werks recieves many holiday orders, we would want to ensure your holiday package will arrive on time.

Our processing & shipping information is based on a small to average size order! If your order is larger than our average order placement, we will contact you will any possible changes.
Shipping Charges: Bakery Werks charges for Shipping on all orders. All orders are shipped UPS 2 day air, overnight & 2 day ground (if this is an option). Bakery Werks does not profit from shipping charges.
Handling Fees: Bakery Werks charges for handling fees. The cost for handling is $15.00 per box that is shipped. Bakery Werks does not profit from our handling fees. The handling fees are for all materials used to ship your products, this includes insulated containers, dry ice and all other materials used for proper shipping.
Tracking your order after shipping: A confirmation will be sent regarding your shipment along with a tracking number via email.
Receiving your order: Your order must be received by having someone at the location of delivery. Most of our gourmet products do require immediate care when recieving your package, as they are perishable and will need to be kept refrigerated or frozen. Someone should be at the location of where your products are being shipped to, too ensure proper care after receiving them.
Chicago Area Deliveries: Looking for delivery? We can deliver our gourmet baked goods to any place that is within our required radius for delivery in the Schaumburg & chicagoland area. See "Bakery Werks" delivery information.
Our Location: Our home based bakery kitchen is located in Huntley & Chicago, Illinois with our corporate office location of Schaumburg, Illinois.
Should you have any questions on placing an order or our shipping, please contact us. Should you wish to overnight your package, please call us for overnight rates. Over night shipped packages would require additonal fees and can be expensive.
