Peel and cut potatoes into thick cubes or slices. Place potatoes & Chicken boullion cube in a medium saucepan filled with cold water. Boil potatoes and turn heat down to low heat. Cook potatoes until tender. A great way to check the potatoes for doneness is to insert a knife into potatoe and it should slide out very easy. Do not over cook. Drain potatoes in colander. Heat milk, sour cream, butter and all other ingredients until warm. Place potatoes in a medium size bowl. Mix potatoes on medium speed of electric mixer, mash the potatoes until almost all lumps are gone. Pour cream mixture on the potatoes, mixing well.
